time before the service officially commences. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
• After Service Begins: Cancellations requested after service initiation will be subject to the

◦ Project-based Services: For project-based services, a prorated refund will be issued
based on the completed portion of the project at the time of cancellation. Any unused
service fees will be refunded.
◦ Subscription-based Services: Cancellations for subscription-based services will be
effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be granted for partial
months of service used.
